This policy explains what personal data Marketells collects through marketells.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Marketells is a marketing and brand consulting agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect the details you type in: your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, the area you want help with and your message. If you tick the marketing box, we also record that you agreed to receive occasional emails from us.

When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange the clarity session you asked for.
• To manage any project or agreement that follows from it.
• To send you occasional marketing emails, only if you ticked the separate marketing box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and on what is needed to take steps you have asked for before entering into an agreement with us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is stored by the service providers that run this website and our email, who process it on our behalf. We share it with no one else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Cookies

This site uses the cookies needed for it to work, plus Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to tell us how visitors find and use the site. They report on visits in aggregate; we do not use them to identify you. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email azhaanhashim@marketells.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
